Advocate practicing before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India and various High Courts, with a focus on Disability Rights Law, Constitutional Law, Public Interest Litigation, and accessibility-related legal issues. I currently serve as Program Manager – Collaborations & Partnerships at Bhumika Trust, where I work at the intersection of law, public policy, advocacy, and institutional engagement to advance accessibility, inclusion, and equal opportunity for persons with disabilities. I also assist in litigation and advocacy efforts concerning disability rights, constitutional protections, and systemic legal reform. My professional experience spans litigation, legal research, policy analysis, programme management, stakeholder engagement, and rights-based advocacy. I am presently involved in matters before constitutional courts, including Bhumika Trust v. Union of India & Ors. before the Supreme Court of India and Jaswant Kumar v. State Bank of India & Ors. before the High Court of Delhi. Beyond litigation, I am an active researcher and writer with publications on disability rights, jurisprudence, human rights, artificial intelligence and ethics, geopolitics, environmental policy, and democratic governance. I am a registered ORCID researcher and have contributed to academic and interdisciplinary legal scholarship.
