I am a practicing Advocate with 9+ years of Experience in Civil and Commercial litigation. I am currently in the role of Consultancy for the Govt of India and handles all service matters across all CAT Benches, High Courts and Supreme Court. I have served as Sr Legal Consultant in Ministry of Home Affairs (Mumbai) and have gained multiple High Court experience. My additional qualification includes Comprehensive Course on Arbitration from International and Mediation Centre (IAMC), Hyderabad. While as Senior Legal Consultant (Law Officer-I) in the Office of the Custodian of the Enemy Property for India, Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India and was actively involved in drafting of Writs/Counter Affidavits, Notices, Petitions, Reviews and liaison with Senior Central Government Panel Counsels/ASGs/Dy. Solicitor Generals of Gujarat, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, Karnataka, Telangana, Kerela, Tamil Nadu High Courts, making reports and appearances before High Court on behalf of Union of India and Tribunals and rendering legal advice to the Department.
