Mr. Nurul Hassan Barbhuiya is an Advocate practising before the Gauhati High Court, with extensive experience in civil, criminal, constitutional, service, commercial and other areas of litigation. He is also a Notary appointed by the Government of India and provides notarial and legal services in accordance with law. He was enrolled as an Advocate in the year 2010 and has since been actively engaged in legal practice before the Gauhati High Court and other competent courts and forums. His professional practice involves legal research, drafting, litigation, constitutional remedies, advisory work and representation of individuals, institutions and organisations. Mr. Barbhuiya holds a B.Sc. (Honours) degree from Assam University, Silchar, obtained in 2006, and an LL.B. degree from Assam University, Silchar, obtained in 2009. He has served as Additional Standing Counsel, National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and has also been associated as Panel Counsel for the Institute of Advanced Study in Science and Technology (IASST), Guwahati. These professional assignments have provided him with experience in representing institutional and governmental interests and handling matters involving statutory, administrative and constitutional issues. He is a regular member of the Gauhati High Court Bar Association and remains actively engaged in the legal profession with an emphasis on professional ethics, diligent preparation, effective advocacy and access to justice. Through Juris Care Law Chamber, he provides legal consultation, litigation support, drafting and documentation, notarial services and other legal assistance, with an emphasis on professional and client-oriented legal service.
