I, Abhishek Kundu, Advocate practising as a Criminal Lawyer at different courts in Kolkata. In my last approximately 15 years of my practise I help my clients to resolve matters in Criminal Cases by protecting their legal rights, investigating the charges, building a defense, and arguing the case in court. I also suggest my clients through every step of the legal process, from police questioning and bail hearings all the way to trial and potential appeals. Furthermore I also deal in Banking related matters such as cases under NI Act, Payment and Settlement System Act etc. In addition to that I also guide my clients in Civil Matters such as Property disputes, Family Disputes and also help my clients to build their new assets by securing their investments in building their own dream by buying their dream home and flats. In my full career as an Advocate I try to dedicate myself in resolving matters of my clients in any of the way which is my only and foremost objective to give relief and full legal assistance.
